Thousands of visitors are expected to attend National Manufacturing Week, scheduled from 9 – 12 May 2017 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

With registrations now open, there is a whole range of workshops, presentations, live demonstrations and networking opportunities on offer.

Visit the NMW Industry 4.0 Theatre

Access free presentations from experts and exhibitors, linking industry and visitors with the latest research, technology, innovations and best practice in manufacturing. The National Manufacturing Week 2017 conference program will centre around five key theme areas which are industry capability development, product and service innovation, technology innovation, process improvement and sustainable manufacturing. Explore the NMW exhibition floor

More than 230 quality suppliers, all featuring new techniques, technologies and processes, will be setting up shop at National Manufacturing Week’s exhibition floor. This space will be grouped into eleven Specialist Zones, which are Advanced Materials, Air Technology, Automation and Robotics, Digital Manufacturing, Electrical, Engineering, Process Control and Instrumentation, Research and Development, Safety, Supply Chain Logistics and Welding Technology. Delegates will also be able to test new products through live tech demonstrations and hands-on workshops.

Put Safety First

National Manufacturing Week will also be co-located with the Safety First Conference & Expo, which will cover five key themes: promoting a safety leadership culture, emerging developments in industrial safety, legal and policy, mental health and wellness along with safety and industrial technology. Explore a range of speakers from companies including the Alcohol and Drug Foundation, Bluescope Steel, Sustainable Manufacturing Futures and Worksafe Victoria.
